Where are the phone cases printed?

The phone cases are printed to order as local to you as possible. For Australian customers, the phone cases are printed in Melbourne, Australia! If you are an overseas customer your phone case will be printed in either the UK, the US, South Korea or Italy.

What are the phone cases made out of?

The phone cases are made out of polycarbonate, a durable and protective material. (The TOUGH case also has a TPU inner liner). The sophisticated printing process embeds the design into the surface of the SNAP and TOUGH phone cases – the result is a beautiful case where the print is protected from scratches, fading, wear and damage. The print also wraps around the edges of the case. These phone cases are impeccable quality and are made to last.

What phone models do the cases come in?

The SNAP and TOUGH cases are available for a range of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, LG and Google Pixel phone models. I hope that your phone is one of them! Please see the ‘phone model’ drop down menu on the product page to see the 90+ phone models available.

Which case do you recommend?

I recommend going with the TOUGH case as it will protect your phone the best! The TOUGH case is the case that is designed for drop protection.

What is the difference between the SNAP and TOUGH cases?

The SNAP case is perfect for those that want an ultra slim and stylish case that almost feels like there isn’t a case even there!

• The SNAP case is light weight and slim.

• Has minimal impact on overall device size.

• It is important to note that the top and bottom edges aren’t covered with the SNAP case.

The TOUGH case is perfect for those that want a beautiful yet protective case that will protect their phone from knocks and drops!

• But don’t worry, the TOUGH cases aren’t bulky.

Are the cases MagSafe?

The cases are not designed to be MagSafe — but I am working on having a MagSafe case available in the future. In the meantime though, I do have individual MagSafe Magnetic Rings available that you can stick to the inside cover of the current TOUGH cases to transform them into a MagSafe compatible case. How long for shipping? (Australian orders)

Phone cases are printed to order in Australia and are dispatched within 2 - 6 business days. Once your phone case is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number!

Phone cases are sent through Australian Post with tracked, standard shipping ($9.95 Australia wide). From placement of order please allow around 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Please note Australia Post is experiencing delays due to Covid-19.

If I order other types of Talia Designs products, will they be shipped together?

Phone cases, coasters and dog bowls are shipped from my phone case printers in Melbourne, tea-towels are shipped from my studio in the Yarra Valley, and fine art prints are shipped from my fine art printers on the Mornington Peninsula. So if you order different types of products they will be shipped separately (they also have different production times as most products are printed to order). You won’t be charged for double shipping though! But yes, different types of products will be posted separately at different times. This works out for the best though, because say you order a phone case and a framed print, the phone case will be ready much earlier and sent to you long before the framed artwork.
